Finding the Perfect Location
Baxter Green is nestled between the suburban village of Bramcote and the vibrant town of Beeston.
The area has seen significant investment over many years, making it one of the most sought after places to call home in Nottinghamshire. With a growing and diverse population, this bustling suburb is a place where people commonly relocate to when they’re searching for a balanced lifestyle.
The town centre is home to all of the amenities you would expect from a small town and is situated just over three miles from Nottingham city centre. From popular high street retailers, banks and supermarkets, to quaint cafes, fine dining and leisure facilities, Beeston has the perfect blend.
Steeped in History
Bramcote village’s history dates back to 1086, with owners including the Willoughbys of Wollaton and the Gilbertine convent. After the Dissolution of the Monasteries, the land passed through the Hanley, Sherwin, Longden, and Holden families.
Baxter Green sits on the historic site of St John’s College, a theological college that trained ministers for 156 years. The College had close ties to St Michael and All Angels Parish Church, a Bramcote landmark since 1861.
In tribute to this rich heritage, our apartment blocks are named after notable St John’s teachers: Robin Ernest Nixon, Anthony Thistleton, and Colin Buchanan.

Nature and living in perfect harmony
Country Living meets Urban Vibes
Our land team considers a range of factors when selecting the right locations for future developments. Build quality is nothing without the right place to call home.
Baxter Green is a tranquil, urban haven built adjacent to countryside spaces, whilst being conveniently located a short hop from Nottingham and Derby Centre.
The Development is also close to a number of popular tourist attractions and exciting days out. From Wollaton Hall, home of the Dark Knight, to Nottingham Castle and the delights of a city famed for its nightlife, dining and historic connections to Robin Hood and lace making, families will never run out things to explore!
